In addition, the monitor automatically displays the resistance level you set via the dial on the rower. You can also connect to training apps such as Fluid Connect, Regatta, Asensei, EXR, Kinomap and Tunturi Routes using Bluetooth.

The so-called Power Graph is a unique feature of the Fluid Bluetooth Monitor. This graph shows your rowing stroke in real time. You can use that information to perfect your rowing technique. The better your technique, the more you get out of your workout! In fact, the ideal rowing stroke consists of six steps that make up one smooth repetitive cyclical movement.
